Board Information

The SCTIB is governed by a board of directors (the "Board" or "Bank Board") consisting of seven voting members, including the chairman of the SCDOT Commission, ex officio; two directors appointed by the Governor, one of whom shall be chairman; one director appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives; one director who shall be a member of the House of Representatives appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, ex officio; one director appointed by the President of the Senate; and one director who shall be a member of the Senate appointed by the President of the Senate, ex officio.
