Mr. Duncan is a native of Kershaw, South Carolina and resides in Aiken County (North Augusta). He is an US Army Reserves Retired Colonel and is currently a Senior Logistics Manager on the Expeditionary Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) Team for a Department of Defense Contracting Entity (V2X,Inc.). Representative Chris Murphy North Charleston SC
